Position : Part-Time Credit Controller

Location : Between Cannock and Wolverhampton

Days : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Type : Ongoing Temporary

Rate of Pay : £11.44 - £12.50 per hour

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a part-time basis. This ongoing temporary role offers the flexibility of working three days a week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The position is conveniently located between Cannock and Wolverhampton, with free parking provided.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
  • Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Handling queries related to invoices and payments
  • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team
  • Using Sage software for maintaining accurate records of all credit control activities

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit control
  • Proficiency in using Sage software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
