The Role
The purpose of the role is to be the face of Greater Anglia, and to aid in creating a positive impression of the company whilst providing effective customer service. As a ATG Operator you will assist in the operation of the Gate line, providing information and assistance to customers. ATG Operators must ensure that ticketless travel and fraud reduced through proactive monitoring of the gateline. They are responsible for the safe operation of the gateline, fault reporting and will endeavour to keep the workspace looking professional and tidy.
The role involves early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working. The role entails an average of 35 hours per week. The suitable candidate must be able to get to the early shifts by own means of transport. Earliest shift is from 0500, and latest shift finishes by 2230.
Training will be provided. Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.
