My client is looking for experienced Bid Managers to take the lead on exciting projects ranging from £500k to £250m. They are on a mission to create a connected, sustainable future through collaboration and innovation.Your Role : As a Bid Manager, you'll : Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial enquiry to tender submission.Write and coordinate submission responses tailored to each client.Lead planning and review meetings, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.Collaborate with estimators and operational teams to ensure the synergy between price and quality.Maintain a strong market and industry intelligence to drive improvements and innovation.What they are Looking For : Proven experience in bid management and technical writing, ideally within social housing or construction.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage the full bid lifecycle independently.Strong relationship-building skills and up-to-date industry knowledge.Retrofit knowledge is a big plus!This is a unique role where you'll have full ownership of the writing process-no delegation here!
