The Role :
This role is the main engine of the kitchen! You will be preparing and presenting dishes, you may be in charge of a specific kitchen section, and will be looking after and working closely with the kitchen commis chefs. You may specialise in a certain area - for example breakfast, or dinner service and will also ensure that health & safety rules are followed - particularly with allergens and safe food storage and preparation. You will be a real team player and be able to manage a busy shift with lots of priorities!
