Culverton Court is a property consisting of 24 purpose built one-bedroom flats. The scheme was purpose built to provide support for individuals living with a mental illness. It is located in the small town of Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire which provides access to many community opportunities for the people we support in order to develop individual personal goals. With the support of the staff that are located onsite 24 / 7 a plan is created considering a trauma informed and psychologically informed environment (PIE).

These are exciting times to join Hightown, with the imminent role out of a new support plan an assessment tool (Nourish). As the Scheme manager you will be expected to lead with a positive approach to introduce change. Ideally you will have an experience of working in mental ill health and have a good understanding of best current practice and approaches.
