We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We have various posts available including full time and part time.
This is a rewarding role which gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.
You would be part of a successful, well-established minute taking service. As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, coordinate, complete, and distribute minutes of meetings which include Child Protection, Adult Support, and Protection, etc. You will attend the meetings, which are in the majority via Microsoft Teams, and take a record of the meeting, utilizing agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user. You will also be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.
We welcome applications from people who are exceptional and driven, with excellent keyboard, oral, and written communication skills. Applicants must have previously had the opportunity to take records of meetings.
