Joining our specialist 10 surgery practice
The practice provides a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Implants, and Hygiene with lots of opportunities to increase the private revenue even further

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be :

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
