If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Wakefield Council's Locality Team. This

is a full-time role offering up to £38 hourly.

Here's the Role :

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for individuals and families.
• Provide direct support and counseling to clients facing various challenges.
• Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with policies.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights, ensuring access to necessary services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement.
