Vet Surgeon Vacancy - HEAD VET - Redruth, CORNWALL (to £75K

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a small animal veterinary practice in Redruth area Cornwall.

• full time opportunity working with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
• practice is spacious and purpose built with excellent facilities and equipment.
• role would suit either a Head Vet looking for change or an experienced / senior Vet looking to step up.
• ideally you will already have a wealth of experience in GP practice, strong surgical and medical skills and be able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
• great opportunity opportunity to develop any specific interests you have and certification encouraged and fully funded.
• CPD funding and paid RCVS and VDS memberships
• sought after stunning Cornwall location surrounded by wonderful scenery and some of the best beaches in the country.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Head Vet or experienced / senior Vet looking to step up.
• wealth of experience in GP practice
• strong surgical and medical skills
• able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
