The Speedy Legal and Company Secretarial department are looking for an interim Assistant Company Secretary (maternity cover) to join their team based in Haydock. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The role is to act as principal assistant to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, dealing with the full range of corporate and commercial legal and Company Secretarial matters.
The role would suit a corporate / commercial lawyer who is keen to develop and progress their legal career in-house and as a company secretary with a well-established UK FTSE listed PLC.
