Production Operatives

Kingspan Insulation are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join the team at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, on a full time permanent basis. The role requires that all production processes are operated to the safest standard, ensuring all targets and objectives are met or surpassed whilst remaining highly focused on product compliance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of our Production OperativesMeeting production requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cost, safety and time, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Meeting all operational standards, reducing waste and down time and the development and improvement of the all production processesTo comply with all the company’s HR policies and procedures.Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.To be trained and become competent in as many areas as the Company requires.What we are looking for in our Production OperativesYou will have : Previous experience of working in a factory / manufacturing process environment. Experience of operating machinery using computerised touch screen panelsKnowledge of  Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance  and Continuous ImprovementISO 9001 , 14001 , 45001, 37301, and 50001.  Thorough awareness and understanding.Previous practical skills and experience of working as part of a Team.Working to and achieving company set standards usually KPI’s.IT literateExperience of using the IT system SAPHave been trained in C.O.S.H.HFull UK driving licence preferable. Do you have the skills we are looking for?
