Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Telecoms Maintenance Technician to join a team of engineers running a long-term railway station maintenance contract covering the North Wales Coast areas.Key Responsibilities : Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on various communication systemsHandle call-outs and be available for on-call dutiesFault-findingLead a small team of maintenance engineersMaintain and install analogue and digital communications systems including CCTV, PA, Access Control, CAT5 & CAT6 Job Requirements : Ideally based in the North Wales between Holyhead and CheshireBackground in CCTV, Fire & Security, SISS, VSS, display screens (analogue and digital), data networks, fibre, copper, CATV / CAT6Experience in maintenance or installation of communications systems and infrastructureFull UK driving licencePrevious railway experience is an advantage but not essentialWillingness to undergo a Railway Medical and Drug & Alcohol test, as well as a DBS checkBenefits : On-call payments and overtime upliftsCompany van and fuel card providedPermanent opportunity working on a long-term maintenance contractTraining provided for working in the railway sectorIf you are an experienced Senior Telecoms / CCTV Maintenance Technician or Installer and looking for a new opportunity to further develop your career, please get in touch with a CV.
