As an Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience; you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Conveniently located in Morrisons, just outside Lincoln city center, our store offers ample free on-site parking and is within walking distance of Lincoln's bus and train stations. What we’re looking for?

Some of the responsibilities of this role include :

  • Welcoming customers into the store
  • Booking in eye tests
  • Pre-screening patients
  • Providing style advice
  • Measuring frames
  • Taking phone calls
  • Desirable Experience :

    While not essential, the following experience could set you apart from the competition :

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Experience in optics or audiology business or some knowledge / experience of optical and / or audiology terminology would be preferred.
