Humanities Teacher

Location : Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham
Salary : £120 - £180 per day
Contract : Full Time / Part Time
Start : ASAP / September 2024

GSL Education invites applications for a humanities Teacher position in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham. The successful candidate will teach subjects such as History, Geography, and Social Studies at various levels.

Job Summary :

Teach Humanities subjects according to the curriculum.

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons.

Assess and record student progress and prepare them for exams.

Job Responsibilities :

Foster a stimulating learning environment.

Engage with students to deepen their understanding of global cultures and histories.

Collaborate with other teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches in teaching.

Qualifications :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialty in Humanities.

Experience teaching Humanities in a secondary school setting.

Strong classroom management skills.
