With more than 10,000 employees across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Turkey, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, Saica Group has four business divisions : recycled paper production for corrugated cardboard (PAPER), recyclable materials recovery (NATUR), production of corrugated packaging (PACK) and flexible packaging (FLEX).About the roleThe Weighbridge Administrator will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer service whilst achieving SLA's in customer invoicing, reporting, purchasing and dispute resolution in an efficient manner. Also weigh in and weigh out all relevant vehicles and ensure all personnel in and around the weighbridge area do so according to sites' health and safety policy.Main ResponsibilitiesLiaise with site staff to ensure that drivers, vehicles and pedestrians enter the site in a controlled and safe manner.Monitor and report any issues with on-site logistics to all relevant parties.Weigh in and out vehicles using bespoke software, meeting KPI's on automatic weight input.Understand the differences between generated and accepted grades of waste according to the European Waste Classification codesConfirm tickets and allocate stock using PrismaTo apply for this opportunity, you will need : Weighbridge Experience desirableExperience with compliance and duty of care desirableGeneral administration experience desirableDisplay commercial awareness and critical thinkingSAP and Prisma experience desirableMicrosoft Excel / Word / Outlook intermediate to advanced level desirableIf you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role then apply today!
