The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :

• Professionally answering customer queries via phone and email
• Resolving queriers that the customer may have, in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information to customers where necessary
• Provide General support to the management team including travel requirements
• Process customer purchase orders and create invoices
• Ensure all internal hospitality and catering requirements are met
• Work well with other departments to meet customer needsKey Requirements :
• Strong communication skills via phone, email and face to face
• Have strong problem-solving skills
• Sap experience is preferred
• Hold a full clean driving licence is a prerequisite
• Excellent data entry skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in a customer service / office environment is essential
