Facilities Coordinator - 2 months cover - £16p / h Umbrella - Basingstoke

Exciting opportunity to work for a Facilities Management in Basingstoke.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management working as a Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator. In return the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and the opportunity to work for a great company!

  • 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30pm
  • Office based
  • 16p / h Umbrella
  • 2 months cover

Essential Responsibilities :

  • To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
  • Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e. check-in / check out
  • To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
  • Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
  • Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
  • Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk
  • Essential Skills :

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have basic IT skills
  • Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Basic Administration
