Job description

Band 6 or 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist - NHS Shetland

Locum Requirement : Children’s Occupational Therapist

Duties : See attached Job Description for further details of the role. (Will consider very experienced Band 6)

Location : NHS Shetland, community based , schools, independent living centre, people’s Homes.

Dates : ASAP for 3 months (Please note, Locum must arrive in Shetland the day before start date)

  • start date is negotiable

Return travel (from within the UK) will be booked by the agency and paid for by the board. Single board accommodation will be provided

  • Valid HCPC registration
  • PVG membership (dated within 12 months)
  • Two references (dated within 12 months)
  • Three forms of ID (One must be proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK, one must be photographic and one must be proof of address).
