RESPONSIBILITIES
The Brand Manager will work directly with the CEO, marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop compelling stories, products, and content that engage customers, drive sales, and elevate the brand in alignment with company strategy. This omnichannel role supports multiple revenue streams and is responsible for the creative direction of imagery and the management of various projects. The Brand Manager will conceptualize innovative visuals for e-commerce and print, oversee photo shoots, design layouts and packaging, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to continually enhance the Aman Essentials brand.
This role is pivotal in reflecting the authenticity and genuine DNA of Aman Essentials across various consumer touchpoints, building a best-in-class brand strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, sales, PR, e-commerce, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creative Development : Generate original, sophisticated creative concepts for campaigns, videos, print, digital, and interactive media that align with Aman Essentials' brand voice and vision, working with both internal and external partners.
- Innovative Solutions : Propose and implement creative solutions for business needs, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Visual Asset Creation : Develop a wide range of visual assets across print, video, web, and interactive media to support global stakeholders.
- Brand and Product Narratives : Create concepts that drive brand and product stories through photo and video content.
- Sales & Marketing Materials : Support in the development, design and execution of sales and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders. Including but not limited to lookbooks, presentations, line-sheets, decks and catalogues etc.
- Product Development : collaborate on the design of new products and franchises from concept to execution.
- Consumer Insights : Translate consumer insights and marketing briefs into strategic, breakthrough creative solutions that align with the Aman Essentials brand platform.
- Photo Shoot Management : Oversee all aspects of photo shoots, including budgeting, photographer selection, casting, shot selection, scheduling, and art direction for studio, lifestyle, and pack shots.
- Content Editing : Manipulate, edit, and spec content in Photoshop per brand guidelines, ensuring all final files are correctly created, labeled, and stored.
- Collaboration : Work closely with design and production teams to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of selects and retouching.
- Agency Management – Work alongside the Retail Marketing Director to ensure alignment with brand strategy and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Efficiency Maximization : Utilize current and new systems to enhance efficiency.
- Idea Articulation : Present and advocate for new creative ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience : 6+ years in Photo Art Direction and Print Design.Education : Degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.Portfolio : Demonstrated expertise in fashion on-figure, still life, and video art direction.Industry Knowledge : Up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and techniques.Software Proficiency : Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.Design Knowledge : Skilled in usability, information, and content design.Self-Motivation : Passionate about fashion photography, able to work independently.Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead photo teams.Project Management : Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.Communication : Excellent communication skills for interfacing with marketing, sales, product development, and e-commerce teams.Travel : Willingness to travel as needed.
