Electrical Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Manager with 7 years electrical experience and 3 years in contract / project management to join a well-established construction firm.

This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £60,000 - £65,000.

As an Electrical Manager, you will oversee electrical operations, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

You will also act as the Qualifying Supervisor, completing a NICEIC Assessment and contributing to the electrical division.

Responsibilities :

• Manage financial performance, reporting, and contract administration from pre-start to completion.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, health & safety laws, and company policies.
• Plan, allocate, and organise labour, subcontractors, and resources to meet project requirements.
• Lead client and internal meetings, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Oversee compliance, including RAMS, toolbox talks, inspections, and NICEIC assessments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, overseeing coordination from design to client handover.
