Are you a competent swimmer who currently holds or is looking to acquire an NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification)? With wellbeing a key priority for many, the Sport & Exercise team are here to support our members and their training needs in a safe, fun and inclusive sport environment.

We are looking to appoint 1x Guaranteed Hours Sports Assistant (Lifeguard) to support the St. Leonard’s Land service delivery. Candidates must understand the importance of team culture and demonstrate how their contribution will make a positive impact. Candidates must possess a high level of energy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The Opportunity :

Working a weekly shift pattern, consisting of early mornings, day shifts, and evenings, you will share responsibility with a team of Sports Assistants for engaging Sport & Exercise members with the sole aim of enhancing their experience.
