Protocol Education is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Secondary School seeking a qualified ICT Teacher to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities :
Teach Computer Science and ICT across KS3, KS4, and possibly KS5, delivering engaging lessons in both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum.
Lesson Planning and Delivery : plan and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that promote critical thinking and creativity, ensuring students achieve their best outcomes.
Assessment and Feedback : provide regular feedback to students, assessing their progress through marking assignments, tests, and other assessments.
Classroom Management : maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment, ensuring students are on task and adhering to school rules.
Collaborate with Staff : work closely with other departments to develop cross-curricular initiatives and ensure consistency in student progress.
Stay Current with Technology Trends : keep up to date with the latest developments in the ICT and Computer Science fields, incorporating new technologies and teaching methods into your lessons.
Support Students : provide guidance and support to students with varying levels of ability, adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
