Behaviour Support Worker - Preston : Prospero Teaching are currently looking for a calm and resilient behaviour support worker to join a lovely school in the Preston area.The Role : Offering individualised support to children with SEN and SEMH needsCollaborating with the class teachers, and external agencies to monitor progressSupport pupils with Autism, ADHD and challenging behavioursPosition Details : Location : PrestonPosition : Behaviour Support WorkerHours : 8 : 15am-3 : 15pm, Mon-FriType of Work : TemporaryFull time / Part time : Full time onlyMinimum Rate of Pay : £105 per day, depending on experienceStart date : ASAPEnd date : OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications : Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)A Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification is desiredRevelant experience of supporting SEN and SEMHResilience and adaptability in supporting student's learning and wellbeingTeam Teach training would be highly desiredELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST : Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional child related references that cover the last two yearsOTHER : If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
