• Negotiate lease renewals on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Advise on rent reviews, assessing market evidence and recommending rental values.
• Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to optimise property portfolios.
• Act as an expert witness in independent expert, arbitration, and PACT referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring first-class service.
• Stay ahead of market trends, legislation, and best practices.What We’re Looking For
• MRICS qualification and proven experience in landlord & tenant surveying.
