RTL Group are working with an established civil engineering and highways contractor is recruiting a Site Engineer to work on a highways project.This project offers work for up to 12 months and is outside IR35!This scheme involves reconfiguring road layouts, drainage upgrades and full public realm improvements.Duties will include :

• Setting out roadworks
• ITPS RAMS TQS
• Overall responsibility of health and safety
• Managing design and quality of the project
