Job Title : Teaching Assistant

Location : Gillingham

Salary : £12.90 per hour (average working hours 8 : 30am till 3 : 30pm)

Requirements & Desires :

• Can supply 2 references
• Confident to communicate with class teachers, other colleagues and pupils within the classroom
• Support teachers through different periods of the day including 1-1 and small group activities.
• Previous experience with children ages 4-11 years is desired.
• Can work under pressure and use their initiative when needed
• Can be reliable, flexible and display good time management skills
• Have a positive and can-do work attitude
• Passionate about pupils learning and wanting to help them exceed
