North York CMHT

Huntington house, Jockey Lane, York, YO32 9XW

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Hybrid option available!

Pay rate : £27 LTD

The North York Community Mental Health team are closely linked with the local mental health transformational programme and is working closely with third sector initiatives as well as developing internally.

Role & Responsibilities :

Working collaboratively with service users and their families / carers.
To work as part of a community team which may be integrated, working collaboratively and in partnership with local authority services.
Mentoring or facilitating students on practice placement.
To act as lead professional or care co-ordinator as appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements :

NMC Registered

Mental Health Nursing degree

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience of risk assessment and management

Valid UK driving license & own vehicle
