The Youth Ministry Discipleship Director is responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth, discipleship, and leadership development within the youth ministry. This role involves creating, coordinating, and implementing programs and strategies that foster deepening faith, building strong life groups, and developing effective SERVE teams. The Director will work closely with youth leaders, volunteers, and parents to ensure a cohesive and impactful ministry. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week.
