About the company :

A leading multinational business B2C company is seeking a Legal Director to join its UK & Ireland leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support and strategic direction. The role will include providing legal support across areas including compliance, data privacy, consumer protection, and employment law.

About the Role :

Key responsibilities include reviewing commercial agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, offering practical legal advice on business operations, and managing relationships with regulatory authorities. The Legal Director will collaborate with commercial teams, safeguard intellectual property, and contribute to the company’s overall strategy and growth.

About you :

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years’ experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm and / or in-house expertise within a multinational setting. You will have a proven track record of B2C exposure and be comfortable managing complex issues, and a business-focused mindset are essential.
