Excellent opportunity for a commercial / corporate solicitor to join a large Yorkshire law firm with offices across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You must be able to draft, advise and implement all manner of commercial agreements as well as offer commercial and practical risk assessment and advice for a plethora of local clients. Some banking and / or corporate work may well be involved. Most suitable for candidates who are 0-3 years pqe.
