A leading law firm based in Bury is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Litigator to join their growing team. Since their founding in the 2010s, the firm has earned a reputation for providing top-tier legal services and is now looking for an experienced professional to handle a caseload of litigated Housing Disrepair claims on behalf of tenants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated Housing Disrepair files from start to finish
- Handle all aspects of the case, from initial instructions through to completion
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, when necessary, while contributing effectively to the team
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law
