Application Support Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
- Provide technical support of application usage to users within the organization
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Handle procurement process to acquire new software or renew existing subscription
- Liaise with vendor for system maintenance arrangement
Requirements :
Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplinesExperience in application supportExperience in customer service and relationship managementExperience in application vendor managementAbility to explain system concept to users with limited IT and system knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
