They are looking for an experienced person to ensure they comply with the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 by developing and maintaining a digital twin and safety case for each high-rise residential premises.Key responsibilities : Support the Fire and Building Safety Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's fire risk and building safety management systems.Undertake suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments across the Group's property portfolio in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and preparing associated reports.
