As a Senior HR Business Partner , you will play a crucial role in :
Developing and implementing strategic employee relations initiativesLeading consultation and negotiation processes with trade unionsDriving positive workplace culture through proactive HR policiesProviding expert guidance on complex ER cases, policy development, and change managementWorking closely with business leaders and HR teams to align HR strategies with business objectivesWhat We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in an Employee Relations / HR Business Partner role within a complex organisationStrong knowledge of employment law, ER case management, and union negotiationsExperience in change management and HR strategy implementationA confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsA degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR / ER experience (CIPD membership desirable)Contact Leon McHugh at Artemis Human Capital for more information.
