Salary : £28-30,000
Full Time | Office based | 9am-5pm Mon-Fri | Career progression
Main Responsibilities
- Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
- Process, prepare and issue paperwork.
- Carry out employee screening in accordance with BS7858.
- Maintain employee files.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related enquiries, advice, and issues.
- Advise Line Managers on HR law and provide guidance.
- Be involved in HR cases.
- Monitor and book training.
- Participate in compliance duties.
Knowledge and Experience
Desirable :
Knowledge and qualification in BS7858
