Project values typically range from £50,000 to £5 million, and due to consistent growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to expand their estimating team with the addition of a skilled Mechanical Estimator.The Role : This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take ownership of mechanical tenders and contribute to high-value, fast-paced projects. Working alongside a knowledgeable team, you will play a crucial role in delivering competitive, accurate, and timely bids.Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate tenders for mechanical projects ranging from £50k to £5m
• Analyse mechanical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to determine scope
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and the pre-construction team to gather necessary inputs
• Assess and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value
• Maintain and develop a robust cost database and track historical tender data
