- Supervise the Procurement administrative requirements in support to the Procurement team.
- Be a Super User for the operation, development and communication of ordering processes and procedures within the IFS system and KBR Supplier portal, providing guidance to operational staff at all locations.
- Manage the administration of contractor performance assessments and highlight to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain & Procurement Leads areas for concern. Compiling the Procurement SLT Monthly report.
- Oversee the vendor selection process, ensuring the smooth execution of the PQQ processWhat We’re Looking For :
- Qualifications : A-levels or equivalent, including GCSE English and Maths. A CIPS level 3 or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Experience : Strong supervisory skills, ensuring high standards and confidence in reviewing others' work. Experienced in process and procedure development within supply chain, procurement activities, and working in fast-paced environments. Skilled in organisation, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, with excellent interpersonal abilities. Able to work both independently and as part of a team, building and maintaining relationships.
- Skills : Has the ability to implement change and is well-organised, proactive, and efficient with excellent communication skills, being clear, concise, and a good listener. Takes ownership, uses initiative to complete tasks, is a problem-solver, and keeps up to date with changes in the technical field. High level of competency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Driving Licence : Full UK valid driving licence required.Additional Information :
