About the Role :
- Assist teachers in the classroom by providing support to students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
- Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students with their academic and social development, catering to their individual needs.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEND).
