Main duties of the job
Primary Care 24 (PC24) are excited to share the position of Qualityand Governance Co-ordinator to provideefficient and comprehensive support to the Clinical Quality and GovernanceManager and the wider Quality Team to support Primary Care 24s systems andprocesses, assuring compliance and delivery of legislative and regulatoryduties.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Quality andGovernance Manager and the wider Quality Team in the management of clinicalquality and governance across the business.
- As directed by the ClinicalQuality and Governance Manager, provide administrativesupport / agenda / preparation / minutes for quality and governance related meetings.
- As directed, contribute toweekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports with the production of timelydata in relation to quality and clinical governance.
- Work with members of the qualityteam and others across the business to coordinate a collaborative approach tothe production of the annual quality report.
- Provide other administrativesupport to the quality team as appropriate.
- Attend quality team meetings andother meetings as required.
- To have day to day responsibilityfor the management of the Datix reporting system in relation to patient safetyincidents, ensuring that incidents are logged and updated accordingly.
About you
ECDL or abilityto demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint,Access and Excel)Experience of managing challenging and sensitive enquirieson the telephone with the ability to remain calm, resilient and applying tact and empathyKnowledge andunderstanding of healthcare regulationsExperience ofworking within similar governance / quality role in healthcare providerKnowledge of Datix Risk Management SystemWhats on offer?
