Your responsibilities will include : Supporting classroom activities – assist teachers with lessons and help create an engaging learning environment. Leading small group interventions – help children with additional learning needs and support them in achieving their potential. Providing one-on-one support – work directly with individual children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEND). Building positive relationships – foster a positive, nurturing environment to help children feel safe and encouraged.
