We are seeking a Senior ENP to join our dedicated team, providing expert care in the assessment and management of minor injuries and minor illnesses in patients aged 2 years and above.Key Responsibilities : As a Senior Emergency Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency care, including : 🔹 Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with minor injuries and illnesses🔹 Interpreting X-rays to support clinical decision-making🔹 Working under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) – ideally at Level 7🔹 Leading by example and providing clinical leadership within the team🔹 Supporting and mentoring junior staff to develop their clinical skillsWhat We Are Looking For : 🔹 Registered Nurse with ENP qualification (Minor Injuries & Minor Illness – age 2+)🔹 Extensive experience in emergency or urgent care settings🔹 Strong X-ray interpretation skills🔹 PGD experience (Level 7 preferred)🔹 Leadership skills with the ability to support and develop colleagues🔹 A compassion...
