Annuity Business Analyst

Ricoh Europe is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Annuity Business Analyst (direct) to join our dynamic regional Annuity team. You'll play a vital role in enhancing revenue, margin, and operational excellence by supporting annuity programs, analysing complex datasets, and building impactful business intelligence tools.

• Deliver results for assigned annuity programs that directly impact revenue and contribution
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track annuity performance
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to manage large data sets and improve data models
• Support the adoption of best-practice reporting across European operations
• Contribute to the annuity strategy by providing key business insights
• Engage in cross-functional projects and explore new annuity opportunities
• Support pan-European annuity initiatives related to post-sales revenues, margin growth, and installed base management
• Drive improvements for Office Services by analysing unit performance, revenue, and contribution
• Deliver detailed dashboards, KPIs, and reports that shape strategic decisions
• Assist in data governance and optimisation for over 1.2 million devices in service
• Work with diverse teams across 23 European subsidiaries and global function
• Degree-level education
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
• Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of Cognos and Oracle ERP (SHARE) a plus
• Experience in managing and analysing large datasets
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• An independent, curious mindset and eagerness to learn
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
