An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plasterer to work for a Social Housing Contractor based in South East London on a permanent basis offering a salary of £34,000 - £38,000. The successful Trades Operatives will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs. Location :

• South East London (Lewisham and Southwark)Working hours
• 08 : 00am to 17 : 00pm
• Up to 7 Jobs per DayYou will be required to :
• Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
• Optional out of hours.
• Have experience working within social housing properties.You will be supplied with :
• Company van
• Fuel cardYou must :
• Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at £20.00 a month.
