What you'll do

As a Head Butler at 45 Park Lane, you will be at the heart of creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests. Your primary role is to welcome guests, ensure their suite is perfectly prepared, and attend to their individual needs throughout their stay. This includes :

Training, Recruiting and motivating a team butlers to deliver service excellence.
