Location : Llanelli, Carmarthenshire

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours : 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with occasional weekend availability

About Us

Stradey Park Care Home is a well-established residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and special needs. Located in the heart of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, our home has been providing high-quality care for 32 years. We employ a dedicated team of 12 staff members and accommodate up to eight residents in a stable and supportive environment. We pride ourselves on ensuring a safe, welcoming, and homely atmosphere while delivering the highest standard of care.

Our mission is to provide outstanding care while fostering a positive and rewarding workplace for our staff. We do not accommodate residents with challenging behaviour, allowing us to maintain a structured and harmonious environment.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home and ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations.
