Location : Northwich

Start Date : 10th May

Hours : Monday-Sunday, 7 : 00-19 : 00

Shifts : Day shifts

Duration : 2 weeks

PAYE Pay Rates : Blue Book Grade 5 :

Days : 1st 38 Hrs Mon-Fri : £23.38 / hr + Hol Pay

O / T 1 : £32.73 / hr

O / T 2 : £42.08 / hr

Hourly Bonus

Travel & Fare / Radius Allowance

48.16 / day Lodge Allowance (if over 40 miles from site)

The Role :

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Rigger Supervisors on behalf of our client for an industrial shutdown near Northwich, Cheshire. Duties will include :

• Leading and supervising a team of riggers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
• Ensuring that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Developing and implementing rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.
• Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintaining accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.
• Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.
Requirements :
• CCNSG card
• NVQ 3 or equivalent in Moving Loads / Opito 3 / 4
• AP / A61
• COSHH Awareness
• Lifting Equipment Inspection
• Rigging Loft Management
• Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
