A Restaurant Floor Supervisor at Sumosan Twiga :

As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, team efficiency, and an unforgettable guest experience. In this role, you'll be the link between management and front-of-house staff, maintaining high standards while keeping the energy and flow of the restaurant at its best.

Your day to day :

• Lead the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and support the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to optimize service flow.
• Be the point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized attention.
• Train and motivate the team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
