Our culture is driven by Empowerment, Integrity, and Passion – this is the Smart way.About the Role : As a Procurement Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure compliance of our supply chain service providers with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. You will play a key role in managing supplier compliance, streamlining procurement processes, and supporting the Procurement Manager in driving efficiencies.Key Responsibilities : Monitor procurement activities for compliance with internal policies & external regulationsObtain & manage health, safety, and insurance documentation for contractorsConduct regular audits & assessments to ensure compliance standards are metCollaborate with department heads and vendors to resolve compliance issuesManage weekly supplier communications & outstanding procurement activitiesProvide training & support to staff on procurement compliance proceduresAnalyse procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvementMonitor and evaluate supplier performance based on agreed evaluation criteriaWhat We're Looking For : Education : Minimum 2 A-Levels or equivalentExperience : Minimum 3 years in a procurement or compliance-related roleDesirable : CIPS certification or relevant procurement qualifications a plusKey Skills & Competencies : Strong analytical & problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in procurement software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a teamStrong communication skills for both internal & external stakeholders
