Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Customer Support Advisor to join the Customer Service Department based at Andover.
This job will involve providing leadership support to the customer support team, as well as actively handling customer enquiries. Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service is being received by our Global Business to business customers and Business to consumer markets.
As the Lead Customer Support Advisor you will work Monday to Thursday 08 : 00 to 16 : 45 and Friday 08 : 00 to 13 : 00. This job is a permanent onsite contract.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has previous experience with managing or leading a team to stay motivated and resolve customer enquiries.
To be successful as the Lead Customer Support Advisor, it is essential that you have previous experience in a managerial role.
