About the Role :
My client is seeking a skilled and proactive Solicitor to handle a diverse range of Family and matrimonial matters. You will be managing a wholly private caseload, including :
- Divorce and financial disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes / agreements
- Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents' rights
- Child abduction / adoption cases
- Non-molestation and occupation orders
You'll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
